Delivery Policy
I. GENERAL INFORMATION
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
II. TERMS OF SALE
Pricing is confirmed upon submission of order. A minimum quantity fee may be charged prior to the confirmation of the order. All shipping is Free on Board (FOB) Kitchener, unless otherwise stated on the order confirmation. Restocking fees may apply to return products. Payment on approved credit with a good account standing is 30 days from invoice, all other accounts are cash on delivery (COD), short shipped, or damage must be reported upon receipt of product (refer to FAQ for additional details).
